We’ll start with a thorough assessment, a chance for me to really understand what you’re going through, what’s been keeping you stuck, and what matters most to you.

From there, I’ll shape a therapy plan that’s completely tailored to you, not just your symptoms, but your story.

This means:

  • We’ll name the patterns that have been quietly running the show (even the ones you barely notice)

  • We’ll spot where your inner critic gets its power, and learn how to quiet it

  • We’ll build tools you can use day to day, so life starts feeling more doable and less overwhelming

This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy. This is a space built around you.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start feeling like yourself, we’ll do that work together, one step at a time.

You’ll feel heard, but we won’t stay stuck in the past. We’ll work together to make sense of the patterns holding you back and give you tools that actually shift things day to day.

What Is Low Self-Esteem?

Low self-esteem isn't just hating yourself.

Sometimes, it's being the “strong one” for everyone else… while constantly doubting yourself inside.

You might be:

🤔 Second-guessing every decision, even the small ones

🔁 Replaying conversations in your head, worried you said the wrong thing

🙃 Feeling uncomfortable when people compliment you — like they’ve got it wrong

🙏 Struggling to set boundaries because you don’t want to seem “difficult”

🏆 Achieving a lot… but never really feeling good enough

Maybe you’ve worked hard your whole life to prove you’re capable, but secretly feel like a fraud.

You keep it together for everyone else, but inside, there’s this sinking feeling you’re not measuring up, and it’s only a matter of time before someone sees it.

And it’s exhausting.

Where does this come from?

Sometimes low self-worth comes from what happened to you:

💬 criticism, rejection, or moments where you were made to feel “too much” or “not enough.”

But often, it’s about what didn’t happen:
❌ No one cheered when you tried.
❌ No one showed you how to make sense of your feelings.
❌ No one helped you feel safe being fully you.

So now:

  • 🧱 You push yourself to get everything 'right', because if you’re perfect, maybe no one can criticise you

  • 🤝 You say yes when you mean no, because you’re terrified of letting people down, or worse, being left  out.

  • 😔Making mistakes feels like complete failure, and sometimes, it stops you from even trying.

But these patterns were learned. Which means they can be unlearned.

You’ve spent so long holding yourself to impossible standards, no wonder you’re exhausted.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finally giving you space to be human. And help you finally start becoming who you were always meant to be, without the fear. 💛

You’re not broken — and CBT can help. If you want to understand why you feel this way and what you can do about it, I’ve written a blog that gently walks you through how therapy works for low self-esteem.
